Company co-founder Aimee LaCalle is an audiologist by training, but it was the culmination of her passion for lifelong learning and her talent in business that inspired the creation of the LaCalle Group’s family of businesses. Along with her husband, Bill, the couple founded an unprecedented online learning platform that today provides high-quality education to thousands of licensed and certified professionals annually. The LaCalle Group grew to include a clinical simulation and personalized learning platform for students and professionals.
Aimee earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Louisiana system and her doctor of audiology from the University of Florida. Prior to founding the LaCalle Group, Aimee was a practicing audiologist in San Antonio, Texas, at a practice she and Bill founded and still own.
Aimee and Bill have two sons and have spent nearly the last two decades living across the United States and abroad as they work virtually. When they aren’t traveling, their primary residence is in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Company co-founder Bill LaCalle is an entrepreneur with a lifelong love of business. From a young age, Bill enjoyed working in his grandfather’s rural-Louisiana hardware store, an experience that ignited his passion for entrepreneurship. After graduating from the University of Texas with degrees in accounting and English, he founded and led a home-improvement business. He went on to partner with his wife, Aimee, to open an audiology practice in San Antonio, Texas, a business in which Aimee practiced audiology and that the couple still owns today.
In the late 1990s, the couple founded LaCalle Group, which today includes an unprecedented online learning platform that provides high-quality education to thousands of licensed and certified professionals annually. The LaCalle Group grew to include a clinical simulation and personalized learning platform for students and professionals.
Aimee and Bill have two sons and have spent nearly the last two decades living across the United States and abroad as they work virtually. When they aren’t traveling, their primary residence is in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Stacy Williams

Stacy Williams
Chief Executive Officer
Stacy Williams, PhD, has worked in the field of speech-language pathology for over 25 years. She is Chief Executive Officer of LaCalle Group, the parent company of Continued and Simucase, whose online learning platforms offer professional development coursework and clinical simulations.
Stacy is an expert in simulation-based education and the founder of Simucase. Her ongoing research focuses on integrating this cutting-edge technology into personalized learning applications for a variety of allied health professions.
Stacy earned her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in communication sciences and disorders from the University of Cincinnati. She is an adjunct associate professor at Case Western Reserve University and has served the communication sciences and disorders profession in local, state, and national leadership roles. She was elected a Fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in 2020 and has served on the board of the ASHFoundation since 2017.
She has two adult children and lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and chocolate lab.
Antonio Llanos

Antonio brings 25 years of technology and leadership experience to LaCalle Group, with expertise in software development, cloud technologies, and infrastructure and engineering management. As Chief Technology Officer, he oversees all site development and engineering, quality assurance, and IT project management for the LaCalle Group’s family of companies.
He joined LaCalle Group from Blackhawk Network, the largest gift card transaction processing company in the world. At Blackhawk, he headed the team responsible for the technology that enabled new brands of cards to be launched in support of industries such as spa and restaurants. Prior to that role, he held various leadership positions in the technology departments for companies in the aviation, mortgage, utility, and transportation fields.
Antonio has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in engineering management from Florida International University, and a master’s degree in computer science from Florida Atlantic University. He also holds several certificates in technology fields and has a Florida real estate license.
He lives in Miami Lakes, Florida, a suburb of Miami, with his wife and two children.

Erin brings 20 years of marketing leadership and expertise to LaCalle Group, with progressive experience in customer acquisition, subscription management, content marketing, and branding. As Chief Marketing Officer, she oversees all marketing, communications, branding, and sales for the LaCalle Group’s family of companies.
She joined LaCalle Group in 2016 from the Meredith Corporation, where she served in a variety digital and consumer marketing roles including Vice President of Audience Development and Consumer Marketing. Erin holds an MBA from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a BA in Communications from Simpson College.
She lives in West Des Moines, Iowa, with her husband, son, and mini goldendoodle.

Tanya brings two decades of experience in financial leadership and strategic business management to LaCalle Group. As CFO, she oversees all of the company’s financial operations and works with the executive team to make decisions based on the company’s financial stability.
Prior to joining LaCalle Group, Tanya was the Chief Financial Officer for MeetEdgar, a bootstrapped SaaS startup that provides social media scheduling for solopreneurs and small business owners.
She lives in Tampa, Florida, with her partner, Dewey, her three stepchildren, and her puggle.

As Chief Product Officer at LaCalle Group, Eric is responsible for product strategy and driving product initiatives across Continued and Simucase. Eric has spent 20 years with education technology companies, preceded by almost 10 years in companies serving Fortune 500 organizations. His goal is to build great teams who create amazing solutions with unparalleled user experiences.
Prior to joining LaCalle Group, Eric served as Chief Product Officer at Navigate360 and FastBridge Learning and as Chief Services Officer at Questar Assessment. Before Questar, Eric was the Vice President of Product Management at eInstruction and the Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Scantron. In each role, he has been responsible for product and services strategy, planning, and working collaboratively across teams to implement and deliver solutions.
Eric has an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School and a BA in computer science from Rice University.
Eric and his wife have two daughters and two dogs. They are originally from San Diego and moved to the Twin Cities in 2014.
Asher Primrose

Asher brings more than 20 years of Human Resources experience in small and medium-sized companies with deep specialty in performance management and employee/manager development. She came to LaCalle Group after 12 years with Hitachi Consulting, where she led their global performance management strategy and programs. In her role at LaCalle Group, she manages all aspects of HR including recruiting, employee engagement and development, company culture enhancement, management training, performance management, compensation strategy, benefits and wellness programs, HR policy, and employee data management.
Asher has a BA in Sociology from UCLA and is a Certified Birkman Method consultant. She lives in Los Angeles with her two children and two rescue dogs.

Ronaldo Olivas
VP of Operations
Ronaldo brings vast management, marketing, and business development experience to LaCalle Group. As Vice President of Operations, Ronaldo drives operational efficiencies, data utilization, and workflow optimizations through collaboration with the product, operations, and customer experience teams.
He has served in a variety of roles since joining LaCalle Group in 2010 and is widely recognized for his commitment to the company’s culture and core values.
Ronaldo holds a BSD in housing and community development from Arizona State University and an MBA in operations management and marketing from the University of New Mexico Anderson School of Management.
He lives in Mandeville, Louisiana, with his wife, daughter, and goldendoodle.
Kristin Caldwell

Kristin brings 15 years of legal experience to LaCalle Group and oversees all legal matters for its family of businesses. Prior to joining the team, Kristin’s work in private practice encompassed several areas of law including business law, corporate governance, and complex business litigation. She made partner at her previous law firm within a year of graduating law school and has served in both the Indianapolis and Cincinnati Bar Associations.
Kristin holds her Juris Doctorate from Indiana University’s Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She currently lives in Cincinnati with her husband and son.
Katie Ondo

Katie Ondo
Managing Director, Simucase
Katie Ondo, MA, CCC-SLP, CHSE, has worked in the field of speech-language pathology since 2006. As managing director for Simucase, she leads strategic development and long-term planning, oversees simulation and patient video content creation, and collaborates across teams for product development and enhancement.
She joined LaCalle Group in 2006 and served as assistant editor of SpeechPathology.com until transitioning to simulation developer in 2009 and then to Simucase editor in chief in 2017.
As a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator, Katie specializes in medical simulation and in the use of simulation for student and family training. She is a reviewer and educator for the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. She also serves as a pediatric speech-language pathologist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, where she specializes in acute care.
A graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, Katie lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband, three children, and goldendoodle.
